What each fee pays for

The A$499 setup fee

Building your site: planning the pages for your windows, doors and glass, laying out your content, setting up the quote form fields for how you price jobs, service area pages, and connecting your domain. It is paid once.

The A$249 monthly fee

Hosting, the SSL certificate, security updates, up to 5 content edits and the monthly enquiry report. Billing starts from the month your site goes live.

Included and not included

Written out in full so there is nothing to find later in the terms.

Included in the plan

  • Your website live within 14 days of receiving your content.
  • Hosting, SSL certificate and security updates.
  • Up to 5 content edits a month.
  • A monthly report of the enquiries your website received.
  • A quote form set up with the fields your window jobs need, such as window count, sizes, frames and photos.
  • Pages for your products, glass options and service areas, planned during the build.
  • A preview to review before anything goes live.

Not included

  • Paid advertising, such as Google Ads, and the ad spend.
  • Logo or brand design.
  • Writing your content: you supply the words, photos and prices, and we lay them out.
  • Domain registration fees: the domain is registered in your business name and you pay the registrar.
  • New features or a redesign beyond your monthly edits. We quote these first and nothing is charged without your agreement.

We don't promise Google positions, traffic or a number of enquiries. See the plan terms.

The minimum term, stated plainly

The plan runs for at least 12 months from the day your site goes live. The setup fee is paid once, at the start. After month 12 it continues month to month until either of us ends it.

Running total of plan fees, before any GST
AfterSetupMonthly feesTotal
1 year A$499 A$2,988 A$3,487
2 years A$499 A$5,976 A$6,475
3 years A$499 A$8,964 A$9,463
Totals are the plan's own fees. Domain registration is paid by you to your registrar and isn't included.

If you end the plan during the minimum term, the monthly fees for the rest of that term remain payable, unless you end it because we seriously breached the terms and didn't fix the problem within 14 days. The plan terms set out cancelling in full.

How the plan compares with a DIY builder or a one-off agency build

Described in general terms. Prices and terms vary widely between builders and agencies, so check the details of any quote you get. For the fuller picture, including running on a Facebook page only, see compare your options.

Before you ask

I already paid for a website that never brought in work

That usually happens when a site is built once and left alone. This plan includes edits every month and a report of the enquiries the site received, so you can see what it is doing. We still won't promise a number of jobs, because nobody honestly can.

I'm not technical

You don't need to be. There is no dashboard to learn. You send photos, prices or changes by email or message and we put them up.

What do I have to supply?

Your logo if you have one, job photos, the products and glass options you sell, the suburbs or towns you cover and any prices you want shown. We send a checklist after the call.

What if I want to leave?

After 12 months you give notice before your next billing date. You keep your domain, we send a copy of your content and help you move it.

Why the price says "GST may apply"

The plan is sold only to businesses. A business showing prices only to other businesses doesn't need to include GST 1 in the displayed price. Whether GST is added depends on the operator's registration: businesses under the turnover threshold that haven't registered don't include GST in their prices 2 . Once the operator confirms its registration, this page will say either "plus GST" or "no GST charged".

Pricing questions

What does the plan cost?

A$249 a month plus a one-off setup fee of A$499, GST may apply. There is one plan and one price. The first year comes to A$3,487 before any GST.

How long is the contract?

The minimum term is 12 months from the day your site goes live. After that the plan runs month to month and either of us can end it with notice before the next billing date.

Why is there a setup fee as well as a monthly fee?

The setup fee covers building the site: laying out your pages, product range, quote form and service areas. The monthly fee covers hosting, security updates, your content edits and the enquiry report.

Is GST included in the price?

Prices are shown without GST because the plan is sold only to businesses. GST is added only if the operator is registered for GST when it invoices you, which is why the price reads "GST may apply".

Do you guarantee Google rankings or a number of enquiries?

No. Nobody can honestly promise a position in Google or a number of quote requests. We build a fast, clear site with the pages window customers look for and keep it up to date. Google says there is no way to pay for a better local ranking.

Does the plan include Google Ads or Facebook ads?

No. Paid advertising and the ad spend are not included. If you run ads, we can point them at the right page on your site as one of your monthly edits.

Who owns the domain name?

You do. The domain is registered in your business name and you pay the registrar directly. If you leave, you keep the domain and we help you point it wherever you choose.

What happens if I want to leave?

After the 12-month minimum term you can end the plan with written notice before your next billing date. We stop hosting the site, send you a copy of the content you supplied and help move your domain.

Can I end the plan during the first 12 months?

You can give notice, but the monthly fees for the rest of the minimum term remain payable, unless you are ending it because we seriously breached the terms and didn't fix it within 14 days. The plan terms set this out in full.
