1. Who runs this site
The business behind this site will be named here, with its ABN, state and a working contact address, before launch. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you sign up for the website plan, the plan terms also apply.
2. Information, not advice
The pages and articles here are general information for window, door and glazing businesses in Australia. They are not legal, tax, building compliance or marketing advice for your situation. Rules on things like energy ratings, rebates, licensing and advertising change and differ between states, so check with the relevant regulator or a qualified adviser before acting on them.
3. Articles, figures and sources
Articles show the date they were published and last updated. Figures in them come from the sources listed at the foot of each page, with the date each source was checked. Sources marked "Industry" are businesses or industry bodies rather than government or regulators, and their figures reflect their own experience. We correct errors when we find them or when they are pointed out to us.
4. Sample designs are fictional
The website designs on the examples page and elsewhere on this site are samples made for fictional businesses. The business names, products, prices and details in them are invented to show layout and structure. Any match with a real business is coincidental. They are not client work and don't describe results for anyone.
5. No promised results
Nothing on this site promises a search ranking, a number of visitors, enquiries or jobs, or a page speed score.
6. Links to other websites
We link to other websites, such as government pages and industry sources, so you can check what we say. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
7. Copyright
The text, design, code and graphics on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own business use, with a link back. Please don't copy articles or sample designs onto another website or sell them without our written permission. Names of other businesses, schemes and products belong to their owners.
8. Using the site
Please don't try to disrupt the site, get around its security, or send us content that is unlawful or that you don't have the right to share.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on general information on this site, or from the site being unavailable.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian state or territory where the business behind this site is registered, which will be named on this page before launch.
